About CR4 Carbon Carbon spoke version at 990 grams for 40mm. Same rim technology of CR5 but use a heavier hub and steel bearing which is more suitable for sprinters.
Loop Under traditional process, the main section of the rim is constructed of 4 piece of fiber, so it is easier for workers to handle and fasten the manufacturing speed. We use one piece of fiber instead, the integrity of carbon fiber increases rim strength but skilled and patient workers are required.
Purim It is not a pipeline product. Empowered by our own factory, the raw rim is almost same with a painted one. So we can reduce the afterward polishing and drilling process to reserve more strength of fiber. It is accomplished by some detail work like preformed airbag, instant molding etc.
Carbon Spoke 1.7 Grams with T1000 fiber and titanium metal part. Nearly 50% lighter and 25% stiffer than the best of steel spokes. Aero shape and individually repairable. Traditional mechanically connected carbon spoke type. More stable comparing with cemented carbon spokes that can work with steel spoke hubs.
Small Flange Due to the excess stiffness of carbon spoke, we use small flange for more comfort to balance. The flexibility reduces the power loss in viberation and thus improves the cruising performance also.
